My name is Cindy Habig, owner of Healing Energy for a Better Life, LLC. I am an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP). As a student of life, I’ve encountered many opportunities for growth and have come to appreciate the incredible power of the body and mind.
For years, I worked as a corporate executive while juggling the responsibilities of being a single mother. I ignored the signals my body was sending—until my health forced me to listen. This turning point led me to expand my awareness, embrace lifestyle changes, and seek support from incredible holistic practitioners. Through this journey, I transformed my life into one of health and happiness.
One of the greatest blessings along the way was discovering Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine. Experiencing its profound impact on my own health inspired me to share this powerful modality with others.
So, what is Eden Energy Medicine?
Simply put, it’s a gentle, non-invasive approach to healing that works with your body’s natural energy systems—like the Meridians, Chakras, and Auric Field —to restore balance and promote well-being. EVERYTHING is energy, including us. When your energy is flowing freely and harmoniously, you’re more likely to feel vibrant, clear, and healthy. But when it becomes blocked or stagnant, it can lead to stress, discomfort, and even illness.

WHAT education is required to be an Eden energy MEDICINE certified practitioner (EEM-CP)?
The Eden Energy Medicine Certification program is a rigorous two-year training program which includes in-depth coursework along with significant hands-on practice and mentoring to equip Certified Practitioners with the tools and skills they need to bring healing to their clients. After two years of training, a practitioner must pass a written, hands-on and an Ethics exam to display their understanding of the practices and principles of Energy Medicine to be Certified.
WHAT IS Eden energy MEDICINE?
Eden Energy Medicine focuses on the understanding of the body’s energy anatomy including how the body’s energies flow, interact, and impact our health. This practice works through focusing on the balancing of the nine (9) energy systems of the body, including some you may be familiar with such as Meridian pathways, Chakras, and the Auric field. The main tools utilized are the client’s energies, the practitioner’s energies and the way of utilizing both for health and healing. Energy medicine emphases self-healing and active support for the healthy flow of one’s own energies. Energy medicine is both a complement to other approaches to medical care and a complete system for self-care and self-help. You heal by activating your body’s natural healing energies; you also heal the body by restoring energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance.
